In the spring of 2014 I started a solo hike of 2350km. Walking from the north of the Netherlands to Nice in five month time. On my back I carried a tent and my paint gear and captured in 78 watercolours the landscape along the way. This page shows a selection of these paintings and some other works I made in preparation as well as some paintings I made afterwards on diffent travels. All works are watercolor on paper.
